GGPIKS SASU, with a share capital of €1000, registered with the RCS of Pointe-à-Pitre under number 89959932800023, and whose registered office is located at 36 lieu-dit Bébél, 97115 Sainte-Rose, specializes in the sale of artworks and printed or framed photographs.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made between GGPIKS SASU and its customers, whether individuals or professionals, in France or internationally. By confirming an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
The products offered are original photographic artworks, either printed or framed. Each item is described on the website with the utmost care. However, slight variations in appearance may occur depending on the medium or screen settings.
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made by credit card, with the option of paying in instalments as specified at checkout. The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first instalment.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. The maximum delivery time is one month, depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are clearly indicated before the order is finalized.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, as the artworks are custom-made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply. No cancellations or modifications are accepted after the order has been confirmed.
Copyright for all artworks remains the exclusive property of GGPIKS SASU. Purchasing an artwork does not grant any rights of reproduction, distribution, or public display. However, resale of the physical artwork by the buyer is permitted.
GGPIKS SASU undertakes to deliver products that match their description and are in good condition. The company cannot be held liable for any damage or loss occurring during transport. Any claims must be addressed to the carrier within the legal timeframe. No commercial warranty is provided beyond the applicable legal provisions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, only the courts within the jurisdiction of GGPIKS SASU’s registered office shall have competence.
